Cannot ping Guest OS from network but can from host...

Hi there, pretty sure this isnt a parallels specific issue but hoping someone can help... have windows VM running on a mac mini server. Server running 10.10.5 Yosemite Server. From the host OS I can ping the VM, from the network beyond I cannot. Ive tried turning MacOS firewall off to no avail. Something else in the server app that's blacklisting or firewalling traffic to the guest OS?

Hello JamieM2,
If the guest Virtual Machine is set to have a shared network connection, try changing it to Bridged (Devices->Network1->Bridged) from Mac menu.
 
Thanks - was already that way - I have another machine that its working correctly on so copied those settings of bridged->ethernet

Hello JamieM2,
Could you try reinstalling the Parallels tools, Actions->Reinstall Parallels tools and change the network mode to Bridged(default adapter).
