Problems with Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac when creating VM with Windows 10 - Boot EFI +Black window

Hi,

I have a MacBookAir and today I updated to El Capitan since I have bought a Magic Mouse 2 and they recommended to upgrade to El Capitan.

I have also bought Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac and I am trying to create a VM with Windows 10. I have problems with two things:

1) the Boot EFI (fails) and also after getting past that (with the help of other peoples tips and trix)
2) the only result I get at the end of the Windows 10 VM creation is a Black Window with the cursor on it at the end of the creation.

So, what should I do? I have tried the following tips and trix:
I do not get why it should be a problem to install. Normally all installations runs smoothly but apparently not Parallels. :-(

These are my data:
MacBookAir, 64 bits
El Capitan 10.11.5
Parallels Desktop 11
Windows 10 on a USB stick

Please tell me if you need more data from me.

I also VERY MUCH miss the possibility to chat with the Parallels support. Close to ALL companies have that service nowadays, but not Parallels. Why?

It would be really great if you/someone could send me an "complete installation-to-do-list", point by point how to create a VM with Parallels Desktop 11, El Capitan and Windows 10. SO far I haven't found such a list.

Hope for some fast support/solutions here. :-) I am getting desperate! ;-)

Hi Dhana,
Thanks a lot for your advise but I have already received excellent help from Parallels phone support, so case is solved and I am all happy. The root cause of the problem was that my Windows 10 sw was in Swedish only and not multi-lingual, but Dinesh RathinaKumar solved it perfectly and really fast. :-)
