    My parallels is version 10
"CMD + Space" shortcut is not working to change language in windows 7 login screen, i need to type my password and i can't because the current keyboard language is in Arabic and the password is in English.

Whenever i try the shortcut nothing happens but i am sure %100 that the keys are "recognized" to the virtual machine.
"CMD+Space" shortcut is also grayed out in the shortcut options.

I have tried several solutions but nothing works, i have tried to change a line of code int eh config file inside the PVM folder, i have checked that CMD +Space is not used for anything else rather than language switching, i followed some tutorials on parallels website but with no luck :(, i even tried external keyboard to switch language and re-installing parallels tools.

Please any help would be appreciated i can't login into my windows 7 virtual machine!
even a solution to remove that password so i can login into windows 7 (switching was working inside windows 7 before that problem occurred)
Update: even copy and paste shortcut is not working!

thank you for fast support but i have already tried that with no luck, all i want is just remove that password, write in English or even copy and paste it from mac OS or otherwise i will have to re-install windows 7 and lose all my data and software's :(

    Hi AhmedS1,
Please provide us a few details and we will check it for you
    1. Are you running Parallels Desktop 11 on macOS Sierra?
    2. Have you updated Parallels Desktop to the latest Build? To download the latest update go to Parallels Desktop menu -> Check for Updates, or download the installation image directly from here
We have a few tips in this article on how to reset the password.
