Mounter is missing

I cannot open a .pvm file by right clicking on it and selecting Mounter as described in the documentation. That option does not exist for me. The rest of Parallels 11 is working fine and fully up to date. I have used Mounter in the past so I am not sure why it vanished. It is also not present in the Library/Parallels folder again as described in the documentation. How do I get it back?

 

Please quit Parallels Desktop then open Finder from Mac /Application locate Parallels Desktop move it trash and empty the trash.
