I read on your blog that we can now upgrade to PD 11, and receive the next version for free. It sounds like this would be version 12. Can you confirm that if we upgrade to version 11 now, that we will get a free upgrade to version 12 when it is released? It doesn't make sense to buy version 11 now, then have to pay to upgrade again next month.

OK, well I think am done with Parallels. You seem force people into a yearly subscription service, even when an update is right around the corner. I'm not buying in. And, the support sucks. I don't think Parallels could be any less helpful. There isn't a way to call in for help, and despite me replying with the information you requested, you never posted back. Why would I pay you $49 each year????
