no Licence Update from Desktop 11 to 12 ?

Hello Support,
I've bought a Parallels Desktop 11 Licence (Full) in August and activitated it 2016/08/27. A few days later the Version 12 was available, I thought I will get an automatic Mail with an Upgrade Key to Version 12, but I've never received the Upgrade, why not ?

Download Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac and activate as outlined in this article
