Configuration for Parallels 12

I am purchasing the upgrade from ||11 to ||12. Will my settings be changed? It is set up the way I like it now and don't want things to change as I'm very unclear about how to reconfigure. Thanks

I am trying to do an upgrade after purchase but the system is asking for a previous version 12 which I don't have. How do I get the previous version?

Hey, yes, your VM settings will be the same, Parallels Desktop will be setup by default

Hey, looks like you purchased the "upgrade" version. Only users who have Parallels Desktop 10 or 11 are available for the upgrade, but if you didn'e have it - you need to purchase the full version.
We can provide you with the refund for the upgrade and then you will be able to repurchase full key
