Windows 10 very slow to open from dock

P12 and windows 10

Once win10 is in the dock, when I click on it, it is very slow to open, taking almost as long as a minute. I find myself clicking on it repeatedly with no indication that it will respond, then it does.

How can I speed it up?

Hi, try to remove Windows 10 from dock and add it again and check if that makes any changes.

How do younr move it from the dock without closing it?. It only appears when windows is running.
