Can't open Parallels Desktop

When I open Parallels Desktop I see this:

after 50 seconds the program is disappear.
I look for parallels log and I have this:

This article explain how to fix the problem from the Windows 10 machine.
I can't even launch Parallels Desktop to do it.

I tried to remove it and install again, but still the same problem.

Did you try complete removal of Paralles with the tool before re-installation?
