Windows is shutting down unexpectedly

My windows 10 keeps shutting down on a 1 hour basis even though i changed the shut down settings to manual.

Please check Pausing virtual machine automatically enabled, please follow the KB article and disable, keep us posted how it works.

Please follow the below steps and keep us updated on your progress:
1. To transfer hard drive from the existing virtual machine to an empty one, follow the article .
2. Reinstall Parallels Tools as suggested in article .
