Hello Folks, i just installed parallels 12 with Windows10 on my iMac.
As i will use Windows to run a couple of games, i need to set up the gaming keyboard and the mouse.
These devices have a dedicated software to install for customize the functions of keys and macros, but iOs doesn't seems to recognize them.
To be clear: keyboard and mouse used by USB works with the standard functions (i can type, scroll, and whatever) but when i ran the softwares installed in Windows10 they can't find any connected device.
Any suggestion on how to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advance!

And did you add and install keyboard and mouse drivers on the Windows side?
