Update from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10Pro messed up

Tried to update my Win7 Pro to Win10 Pro but ended with a uncomplete/messed up Win 10 Installation:
Win10 boots and I can login, but
- No network and no sound available


- when trying to change the screenresolution I get this error:

- left click on the "Home" button is not posible, only ricght click brings up a contect menu, where some items (like device Manager do not work)

- everytime a start the VM, I get this, which completes (or not) after a while and I can login


My System environment:
MacbookPro with macOS Sierra 10.12.2
Parallels 12.1.1
What I did so far:
before upgrading, made sure that macOS, Win7 (SP1) and Parallels are fully up to date
In Windows only the following programs where running, Firefox, FoxitReader and Wings Platinum (Multimedia Software)
Downloaded the mediacreationtool, run it and the upgrade process started. Then I got the error "0cC1900101 - 0x30018". I then deinstalled all Software, but same error. Finally I choosed to keep only data, no programs during upgrade and the upgrade went through with the result above.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Hi, I've found this link. Could you please check if for the probable solution.
If it's not that case, could you translate the Windows error message please?

Thx Maria, the link describes the same problem, but the suggested solutions did not work. Therefore I decided to delete the old VM and create a new one. Not as problematic as all important data were backuped.
The leads me to another question: I still have a BOOTCAMP partition were my old Win7 installation set before I moved it to Parallels. I assume it is safe to remove this bootcamp partition now.

Happy to know that you have a backup of all important data and created a new Windows 10 Virtual Machine. Yes, you can delete your Boot Camp partition as you are making a new installation of Windows. Shoot us a question if you have any, we're here to help you.
