New MacBook Pro 15 parallels 12 tools installation fails

I installed Windows 10 edu (bootcamp), and it kept failing to install the tools at around 60%. I followed several steps to fix, but all failed. What should I do next? As the tools can't be installed, the resolution was not able to be changed.

Hello Minsok, please follow the steps as suggested in the article and keep us posted on your progress.
 
Although I followed those steps, I couldn't install the tools. 'sfc' found no error, and everything looks good. Is it because windows is the education version?
