Parallel Desktop for MAC license

    Hi

    I used a trial version 12 for 14 days, and then I received to buy a new license or to upgrade, I buy an upgrade license for $49,9, but once I entered the license key to the application, the registration process asked me for the original license, but I do not have it.

    So now I need a to buy a full version for $79,9 to continue my work on the application.

    How can I save the rest cost to have a full license, or get refund on the upgrade license I purchased by mistake.

    Please advice
