Parallels Desktop 12 Update 12.1.3 (41532) will not install

Has anyone else come across the same issue as me. I am repeatedly clicking "Install Update" and absolutely nothing happens.
Parallels team, can you help me please
 
Hi, I already have Parallels 12. I am a Parallels Pro customer. So are you saying I should run the download even though P12 is already installed?

Yes, please download and install Parallels Desktop using the download link given in the previous thread and let us know how it works.
