I have not used parallels for 5-6 years and suddenly I received an email stating that my account has been accessed on a computer in CHINA??!! I live in MD, USA. I have already tried to call the technical support number but it is no help. I don't know what product this person is using. I have left a message for the operator and called her 3 times but she is not answering. Here is the email. Browser: Chrome 43.0.2357.81 Operating System: Windows 8 IP Address: 101.201.71.122 Country: China City: Hangzhou Date and Time: 2017-02-06 17:44:57 (UTC) I have not used this product for almost a decade. PLEASE HELP ME. I have changed my email and parallels password twice. It appears whoever is trying to get my information has also signed into my Twitter (which I thankfully do not use). PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE HELP ME. I give any and all permission for any Parallels support member to SHUT DOWN THIS ACCOUNT NOW.
