PLEASE DELETE MY ACCOUNT

    I have not used parallels for 5-6 years and suddenly I received an email stating that my account has been accessed on a computer in CHINA??!!

    I live in MD, USA. I have already tried to call the technical support number but it is no help. I don't know what product this person is using. I have left a message for the operator and called her 3 times but she is not answering.

    Here is the email.

    Your Parallels account m*****@gmail.com was recently signed in to from the Parallels Access web application running in a browser we don't recognize.

    I have not used this product for almost a decade. PLEASE HELP ME. I have changed my email and parallels password twice. It appears whoever is trying to get my information has also signed into my Twitter (which I thankfully do not use). PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE HELP ME.

    I give any and all permission for any Parallels support member to SHUT DOWN THIS ACCOUNT NOW.

    Do you still need it? If yes, just please let us know and we will send it to you by email and then remove your account completely.
