License Issue after Motherboard Replacement

    Hello,

    One of my users needed to have his motherboard replaced. After the we got the Macbook back Parallels is throwing an error (Problem ID 1, according to the dialog box) when i try and activate. The license key in question ends in G2EYFD. I have tried logging out and back in to no avail.

    Same exact situation and error message...license key ends in C2PGVK
