How to copy files and text between Mac and Windows 10

Hello community,
i have bought Parallels some time ago and I wonder how can I copy and paste files and text between the two operating systems? I often need to transfer files between both but I just don't know how to enable that in settings. I looked on some websites how to do this but most things are already enabled but it still won't work.

1. Reinstall Parallels tools
2. Try this article
