help... 3 VM drives consuming all my drive space

Parallel support created 3 drives (C:, E: and F:) when upgrading from V10 to V12. They appear largely redundant and are using up all my Mac Drive space. How do I get to only 1 drive, AND make sure to not loose data files. I seldom use windows (mostly only Quicken app and MS Office).

I'd like to fix this myself as parallel support just did stuff and now my Mac is almost out of HDD space.
Thanks in advance.

To know how much space occupied by virtual hard disk on your Mac, please refer the KB article.
E: and F: which you're referring, what is the capacity of the storage?
