Activation issue

    i just bought a key to upgrade from the trail version to the standard version.
    the programs asks that i plug in the new key which i did, and then asks for another key which, i haven not been given another key when i installed and started using the trail version. please help thanks.

    Hi, looks like that you purchased upgrade version, but if you haven't use Parallels Desktop before you need the full version.
    So in this case we can provide you with the refund and then you will be able to purchase the full version.
