Paralells 9 to 12 install issue

Hello,
I have my legacy activation code and my new activation code, yet my subscriptions reflect both numbers being activated. Keep getting the attached error message. Very frustrating and dealing with a time sensitive deadline. Any thoughts/help out there?

same problem here. says my previous key is not valid.
i found out you cannot go from 9 to 12... need to have at least 10! but i've paid already, what a scam.
this philip dude didnt even receive an answer!!! i'm now on my 14 days free trial, really hope this gets solve. and that i wont lose my money.
