Downgrade With License

    So I have a license for Parallels 12, but the software I'm using just cannot work with v12 and going back to v11 I've found it does work. This is using "Softlok" USB hardware keys.

    Is there anyway I can use my v12 license in the v11 program?

    Hi @JulianW4, unfortunately, Parallels Desktop 11 cannot be activated with the license key of Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac unless you have a Pro Edition. If you would like to buy any of the previous versions, please check if it is offered by your local resellers or authorized online resellers like Apple, Amazon etc.
