I have Parallels Desktop for Mac v.9. Installed Windows 7 and have OS X Mavericks. Some games turn to black screen when starting. Rebound Infinity and Rebound Lost Worlds are examples. When I used Windows XP with Parallels, I did not have this problem. No problem on PC with Windows 7. Updates are current, Parallel Tools are current and tried changing resolution. Did not find any fixes in documentation or Forum. Help appreciated.

Please try to manually re-install Parallels Tools by following all steps @ http://kb.parallels.com/8969
Once Parallels Tools installed please increase video memory from Virtual Machine menu=>Configure=>Hardware=>Video.
To get to Virtual Machine configuration menu follow the below article:

Try setting DirectX to 9 in the VM settings.
Hi @RafaelO3, is this problem occurred after the Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade?
have you tried reinstalling Parallels tools as suggested in the article? If not, please try it once and keep us posted.
