Yes. I dowloaded it twice already. Size of the image is 4.33 GB (Win10_1703_English_x64.iso). I can easily mount the image and access it without problems.
I do have logfiles from the report that is created after the crash/event. Same logfiles have also been submitted to you as crash report from the application. Let me know if you need any particular log file. I can paste the content or upload etc....
We'll request for the log files if and when needed. Right now, let's try removing Parallels Desktop completely and then reinstalling it (just so we can be sure that the Parallels Desktop application itself is not the issue). Please quit Parallels Desktop. Then, open Terminal (Finder > Go > Utilities > Terminal.app). Inside the Terminal window, please execute the commands below one-by-one:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
sudo su
NOTE: You will be prompted to enter your Mac password after executing the first command. Due to security measures, you won't be able to see the password itself. Just type it in and hit return/Enter.

Close Terminal. Then, open Disk utility (Finder > Go > Utilities > Disk Utility.app) and run 'First Aid'. Reboot the Mac. Then, please
download Parallels Desktop 12, install it and check for the issue.
If the issue persists, please reproduce the problem,
generate a Problem Report ID and include the same in your reply.
