I'm having the hardest time trying to make Sierra 10.12.5 boot on Parallels 12.2.0 (41591). I've attempted to install a fresh copy of the operating system and even convert an existing VMware Sierra installation and all of them fail in the same fashion:

As for making the ISO, I followed the steps here from StackExchange. As for booting the previously created VMware guest machine of 10.12 Sierra, I converted it via `prl_convert path/to/vm/macOS\ Sierra.vmdk --allow-no-os` and then made a new Guest in Parallels and set its hard drive to the path of the .hdd file that was created.
