Migrate a Win XP PC only from the harddisk

Hello.
Up to now I've find some information how to migrate a real PC to a VM, but unfortunately I found no concrete information if a migration also works if there is only the original internal harddrive of a damage PC.
The PC itself is damaged an won't run anymore, but the harddrive seems to be ok, I can mount the Win/NTFS drive and read the data at my Mac.
This is the situation and so the question is , is it possible to migrate such a PC into Parallels?

Hello @AndreasS10, the migration needs active Windows PC to migrate its data from it's internal hard disk to Mac via Parallels Transporter agent.
