Windows Update Fails Updating Win 10 Creators Update Privacy Settings.

When Windows 10 tries to install "Windows 10 Creators Update Privacy Settings for x64-based Systems (KB4013214)", it fails with Error 0x80070643.
I am currently on Version 1607.
I ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter. I manually reset the Windows Updates Components. Nothing has worked.
I do have the latest Parallels installed.

I appreciate the response. I tried both ways described in the article and neither worked.
I am trying to avoid resetting windows .

Hello @ChuckS3 We would request you to run the SFC and Check Disk. Please, open Command Prompt( Click on Windows search bar > Type CMD > Right Click on CMD and select Run as Administrator > type SFC /Scannow once the SFC Scan is completed, please type "chkdsk /f /r" to run the Check Disk and then try to update. I ended up finding that I could download the update. I am now up to date.
