CPU at 220% after upgrading to Parallels 13

I am having the same issue. CPU for Windows 10 fluctuates between 190%-260% and Windows apps are very sluggish. For example, keyboard input for Word seems to lag noticeably.
 
Please, check your resource usage in the guest OS. Probably, some processes consume lots of CPU power in guest. For example, Windows Automatic Update can be the reason.
 
That's not the case. CPU usage is high almost immediately. Windows task manager doesn't show any unusual activity. Especially aggravating it the lag in typing in Office apps.

If so please send problem report and post its id here. For when the issue reproduces select VM windows and Mac application menu go to Help -> Send Technical Data. We'll try to investigate.
