Hi,

I bought official windows 10 home, I bought an USB unit with this software and, when I start parallels and I choose to install windows from USB unit, I choose the origin of the installation, and I can configure the use that I will do it with windows, but when it starts seriously to install, parallels tell me that there isn't a USB device connected to the PC, so, I can't make the installation.

I don't understand why it happens, and I don't know how to solutionaeted it.

How can I resolve this?

You can download Windows 10 ISO and use it to create the virtual machine instead of using USB.
