Is it true Paralles 13 Pro and Business Edition has the capability to create a VM from VHD and VMDK disks!? If so, I can't find an official Parallel's documentation or video about this!

You are correct. My feedback is to provide a user friendly user interface for .VHD format conversion rather than the highly advanced complex terminal method in which the average person do not know how to use. Overall, thank you for the help.
