Already bought the product Parallels desktop11 for MAC and installed since 2013. Now ask for the activation key and I can't find the box with the activation key. Please help!
We are unable to find any Parallels Desktop 11 registration or purchase with the email shared in the private message. Please share any other alternate email address you might have used to register Parallels Desktop in a private message.
It could have installed by the staff from the shop and register under their email address when I bought the product from them. Parallels Desktop 11 already installed in my Mac Book since 2013 and why I have to key in the activation key again.
You need to request them to transfer your key to your account for you to activate it else they need to reactivate it again on your Mac.
