Quicken 2017 for Windows - unable to run

qw.exe process attempts to launch (briefly visible in task manager process list) but then closes w/o app starting up. This occurs whether clicking on desktop shortcut or actual qw.exe file. Ctrl clicking qw.exe does not have any effect

Parallels version:
13.2.0 (43213)

Windows 10 version:
Windows 10 Pro
Version 1709 OS build 16299.15


Any suggestions?

Hello jwynn9154, please let us know whether you have this issue only with Quicken application. Thanks!
 
Did that yesterday and it did not help (even used the qiclean.exe utility that Quicken provides to insure complete removal of Quicken)
