Expired "lifetime" key for parallels 11

Hello, I'm spanish sorry in advance for my english.

I have a lifetime key for parallels desktop 11 for Mac, but when I try to use Parallels now, it says that my key are expired but in the webpage (Licences) is all ok, what is expired is the Parallels Access suscription but not Parallels software.

How can I solve this???

Hello MarcD4, From our records we can see you have a Parallels Desktop 11 active license and its a permanent license key. You can install and use it on a Mac machine with a suitable Mac OS X version (refer to http://bit.ly/RpfLQY for details).

Not-for-Resale Parallels Desktop 11 license key has a limited time of usage. The expiration date is 31.12.2016. Request a new Not-for-Resale license key for the latest version - Parallels Desktop 13. To do that, visit web page.
 
hello, I am from Taiwan. Apologised for my poor english.
I think I got the same situation that my parallel 11 key is expired or somehow it can't be recognised.
What can I do? I need help. :(
