adding parallels to another computer

I would like to add my parallels on my office computer to my traveling computer. How do I do it?

 

We can see that you have a Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac license which can be used on a Mac. If you like to add it to another Mac, please purchase a new license.

 

Since I am one user with 2 computers what is the price to purchase a new license.
