License is being used in another mac

I changed my mac and i want to activate parallels desktop in my new mac. I also deleted all of my information in my previous Mac.
When i tried to activate my parallels desktop 13, in my new mac. It keeps saying :
"This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again"

I purchased with this email which i signup for this forum and also i was using this email in my previous Mac.

I started to trial for now in my mac but i hope we can solve this problem as soon as possible.
