refund please

    Hello. I'm Jin from south korea.
    I realized i have subscribed to Parallels Desktop. becouse now i don't have the Macbook anymore. so i can't use your program anymore.
    Today I paid 95.83 by my credit card without my knowledge.
    You never noticed about it before re- pay.
    If i knew about it,
    This would not have happened.
    So, I really want to cancel my credit card payment.

    help me. plaese.

    You should have received a confirmation email after the renewal is completed. You will only get an alert to renew if you have disabled auto renewal. Auto-renew is there to prevent license deactivation due to subscription expiry. Please confirm if you like us to initiate refund as the subscription will be deactivated immediately.

    Of couse, I'd like to initiate refund the subscription.
