not possible start parallels

    Dear Sirs,
    I write you of reason in case somebody can help me with support. I boutght Parallels for Mac home edition but unfortunately after installation not possible start virtual unit.
    the message which pop up in my screen has description - unable start Parallels service
    Please to give me some advice, on other hand I can't reach any technic support person from parallels,
