I don't use the Toolbox that often, yet when I try to open it I get the whole "Do you want to buy a subscription?" popup, with the option to put a key in. Obviously, as a subscriber, I have a valid key but still; why do I need to keep re-inputting it?
Hello ChrisM16. Please re-enter the license key, activate the copy and then let the Parallels Toolbox application run for 5 - 10 minutes (to let the registration of the copy sync fully with Parallels server). The issue, ideally, should not re-occur after this point.
