    Hi there,

since I upgraded my OS to High Sierra 10.13.5, the windows screen is like frozen. I move the mouse over it, and there's no reaction, no pointer, and when I click or double click an icon I get no reaction.
I upgraded to Parallels 13 today, no change. Upgraded to High Sierra 10.13.6 today, no change. Installed the Parallels Toolbox, no change. In the upper right corner there's that warning sign, I clicked on it, "update Parallels Tools", a popup asks if I am sure, I am, click on it, and then - it doesn't do anything. The warning sign remains. No change.
Restarted Parallels several times, restarted my Mac several times. No change.

    What shall I do?

  2. Hi StefanF6. Please start the virtual machine. Select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset and check if it helps.
