Refund please

    Hello.
    I'm Raphael.
    I realized i have subscribed to Parallels Desktop.
    Because now i don't have the Macbook anymore.
    So i can't use your program anymore.
    Today I paid 82,64 € by my credit card without my knowledge.
    You never noticed about it before re- pay.
    If i knew about it,
    This would not have happened.
    So, I really want to cancel my credit card payment.

    Can you help me.
    Please.

    Thanks a lot for this!
    But I have noticed only now that friday I needed to pay for the toolbox abonnement too.
    Is it possible to refund this too?
    I have just seen this today...

    Hello LaV, We have processed the refund for the Parallels Toolbox. Refunds take five to seven business days to appear on your account.
