It seems that PD14 crashes whenever a snapshot is taken of a running VM. This is regardless of the guest OS (I've had it happen on Ubuntu 18.04, Windows 10, Windows 7 32-bit, and macOS Sierra). It appears that only the VM crashes...not all of parallels. Snapshots can be taken just fine if the VM isn't running All of my VMs have been upgraded from VMs that were running PD13. Is anyone else seeing something similar? Is this a known issue? Is it something wrong with my VMs?
Thank you, I should've checked reports from you before asking for one, I've found them on the server. We are aware of this failure and working on a fix. As a workaround please: 1. Shutdown Windows VM 2. Go to its configuration > Hardware > CPU & Memory > Advanced Settings 3. Switch hypervisor driver from Apple to Parallels 4. Close the configuration window and start the virtual machine Note: Parallels hypervisor overall provides better stability and performance. I suggest you keep using it permanently.

I have submitted many reports over the past 2 days - every time it prompts me to...but at this moment, while it is still crashing (and when it crashes it tries to take me to https://kb.parallels.com/en/122818 which doesn't actually give any clues), for some reason the prompt to submit a report is not happening. I will post a report ID once it happens again.

Thank you for the workaround - I will do that. The main reason I've used Apple hypervisor is I found it was better for overall memory and CPU usage...but TBH, I've been running with those settings since the PD12 (maybe even earlier) days.
