My Parallels OSX and Linux Clients frequently do not sync the clock with the host for minutes up a few hours. If I replace automatic sync in the configuration settings with an ntpd in the guest, the host stubbornly resets the clock to the wake-up time for some time. This does not affect windows clients. Yes, I did reinstall parallel Tools.
