Current configure = iMac w/ High Sierra, Windows 7, Parallels 14.
Need advice on restoring system to new SSD. System is backed up via Time Machine + Time Capsule. After installing new SSD and formatting drive, would it be best to just restore from time machine backup or do fresh install of OS then do restore from there? If anyone can provide best routine for this process it would be appreciated.

Hi @SheldonD, it's very easy to restore the virtual machine from Time Machine backup! Please enter into the Time Machine backup, locate the '.pvm' file from Mac HD/Users/Shared/Parallels (location by default) and copy and paste the file into the SSD drive, double-click on it to open with Parallels Desktop.
