Hi Guys

can someone point me in the right direction. I no longer require the use of the PRO version, but would like to downgrade to the HOME version.

how do I go about this please

Hi Stephen_Copeland. There is no option to convert a Pro Edition license to a Home version. However, once the Pro Edition license expires, you can purchase a new license for Parallels Desktop for Mac Home Edition and activate the product.

Hello James, please be informed that once your Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition license expires, you can purchase a new license for Parallels Desktop for Mac Home Edition and activate the product. Thanks.
 
4 months to reply is better then never I guess. This kind of licensing has lost me and my staff as a customer now and forever. For anyone else, highly recommend utm which is simple to get up and running. XX
