Activate Parallels Desktop License

I recently needed to use my old Parallels desktop license for my macbook pro but when i went to open it up i got this message:

Im not sure why I got this message as I have ONLY installed it on this laptop, I never used it elsewhere and i havent used it in a number of years.

Hello NateL1, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.
