I'm logout of the Parallels 11 on my Macbook Air. I'm trying to install my Parallels 11 license on a new Macbook Pro. I'm getting the "Unable to confirm the product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key " error message when trying to activate on my new Macbook Pro.

    can you assist please @ParallelsSupport?
    Thanks!
    Snong

Hello SnongK, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

    Hi.

    I have the same problem.

Bought a new Macbook pro but now pd is telling me that the maximum limit of activations has been reached.
Already signed out from previous installations on old Macs.

    Could you please help @ParallelsSupport?

    thank you!
