Windows 10 Installation under Paralles 14 stuck

I try to install windows 10 under Parallels 14 and always at 9% at second step of installation a failure occur

Failure 0x80070570

i would like to attach a screenshot but this forum also come up with errors

Hello MichaelA21, Do you have the Windows 10 product key with you, if so then Please download the Windows 10 .iso from this link < http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 > and install it (refer to https://bit.ly/2G4tRVc for assistance )
