Unable to share windows 10 folders to pcs on same network

Using Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Pro edition. Version 13.3.0 running on Mac OSX El Capitan
Use this to run a vm copy of Windows 10 Home, version 1803.
In windows: Have marked folders in windows as shared.
Have set up Network sharing form the Advanced Sharing Settings dialog box (from the Network Sharing Center) to allow file and printer sharing, and have turned on network discovery and checked the Turn on automatic connected devices.
Have done this the same was as other window PC's on the network.
However, the other window PCs on the network do NOT see the copy of windows which is running on the MAC. shared folders.
Have spent hours trying all sorts of parallels network sharing configurations.
Please advise: is it even possible to access the vm windows pc and its shared folders on the network?

 

Hi steves25. Please refer this article and change the network source to 'Default Adapter'. Then restart the virtual machine and check whether you are able to access the files and folders through the network.
