I was experiencing unintended network bandwidth throttling with a Win10 guest OS. Even though the "Network Conditioner" setting was unchecked I was seeing about 3Mbps data rates on a 1000baseT local network. When I checked the Network Conditioner box but left the Profile at "Custom" which should leave the bandwidth at maximum, my network speed was restored to full.

So this appears to be a bug in the network setting.

Version 14.1.0 (45387) - exactly the same problem: default - disabled network conditioning - throttled my connection speed to 3Mbps. After enabling it and leaving the default - custom - profile, speed was restored to full, 50Mbps in my case.
    This is surely a bug.

Hi @matejj, please reproduce the issue and reply us with a Technical Data ID collected from the terminal command: prlsrvctl problem-report --send

    Same issue here.
With network conditioner OFF my network is throttled to 2.4mb/s
With network conditioner ON and set to custom unlimited, 56mb/s.
    Pretty silly bug.
