    I have parallels business edition version v 13.3.2 (43368)
Recently I upgraded macos to High Sierra and that's where my problem started. Several times a day my machine reboots with no warning when I work in parallels/windows 10. I tried to file a ticket with parallels team but my options are limited to facebook messenger and twitter both of which I do not have and am not going to get. So this forum is the only channel of communication with the parallels team for me. So any hint how to resolve the issue ?

Hi @karamba , is your virtual machine an activated copy?

Yes, it is activated. I have been using it for 2 years. And these priblems started only when I installed High Sierra .
I thought OS crashes is the thing of the past. I have not seen infamous windowx blue screen in years. And here mac crashed maybe 5 times in rwi days

Try to uninstall Parallels Desktop, run First Aid and reinstall Parallels Desktop after a restart. If the issue persists, try changing the Hypervisor to Apple under VM configuration > Hardware > CPU and Memory then check.
